The Shipping information
Naif University Publishing House (NUPH) shall adhere to the delivery of orders inside/outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The shipping costs and period shall differ based on the book’s volume and weight and the carrier. The client will be notified with the shipping cost before completing the purchase process.
1. The client may select the shipping method which he/she see suitable when completing the payment process. The fess and delivery period will differ based on the carrier which is selected by the client.
2. NUPH shall provide the client with the tracking number via his/her account on the store or through email, phone, or SMS. Moreover, the shipped book may be tracked through the carrier’s website.
3. The products will be shipped to the address set by the client when purchasing the order. The client will take the full responsibility for the address validity.
4. The products will be shipped during the carrier’s working hours.
5. In case there are delays or problems in receiving the shipment, the client must contact the carrier. NUPH will take no responsibility arising from nonreceipt of shipment in case the faults are committed by the client or the carrier.
6. The orders will be delivered to locations inside/outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the carrier’s geographical scope of delivery.
Product Warranty
NUPH shall commit to replacement of any products that are bought from its exhibitions, selling points inside NAUSS, or e-store and delivered in a damaged status or in case different from its purchase status. However, the replacement process shall be made according the terms and conditions stated in the shipping clause in Policy of Refund & Replacement.
