General Articles
- The book must be unopened, unused, and with the same status on which it is delivered. In addition, the book must include its original cover. Otherwise, the refund or replacement processes can not be made.
- When requesting a refund or replacement, the invoice or proof of purchase should be included.
- Please contact NUPH before sending the book to its address.
- There may be certain cases where only partial refunds are made (if possible):
o The book is returned after 30 days from the date of purchase.
o The book’s status is not original when it is returned.
o The book examination shows that it has been used.
- As soon as the book is received, it will be examined and the client will be contacted via e-mail or phone to notify him/her that the book has been received and the refund/replacement request has been approved/disapproved.
- In case a whole or partial refund is approved, efforts will be made to refund the sum of purchase and the client will be contacted via e-mail, phone, or SMS.
The policy of refund and replacement shall not include:
- The returned books that are damaged because of misuse.
- The returned books that are damaged because of shipping process.
Time Limit
- The client may refund the purchase sum or replace the book within 14 days starting from the date of purchase. In case 30 days from the date of purchase have elapsed, the purchase sum may not be refunded and the book may not be replaced.
Refund Processes (If any)
- In case a full/partial refund is approved, efforts will be made to refund the sum of purchase via the account of client’s credit card, the method of payment used for completing the purchase order, or any other method that may be used for refunding the sum of purchase. The client shall be contacted via e-mail, phone, or SMS.
- The refund process may take fourteen (14) days.
- The refund process may take more time. If the client doesn’t receive the refunded sum, he should check his/her bank account and its status. Moreover, the client may contact the bank or refer to the payment tool used for purchasing the book, such as: The credit card, MADA card, or the bank.
- In case the client follows the abovementioned instructions, but the purchase sum refund has delayed, he/she can contact us on [email protected].
Replacement (If any)
- NUPH shall commit to replacement of the damaged books.
- The client may replace the book with the same one or with another product in case the conditions stipulated in the “General Articles” are met.
- If the client needs to replace the book with the same one, he should email us on [email protected] or contact (+966554994035).
- The client must ship the book to the NUPH’s address indicated on the bottom of the page.
Shipping
- If the books need to be returned and replaced are defective or damaged, NUPH shall pay the costs of re-shipping.
- If the books need to be returned and replaced are not defective or damaged, the client shall pay the costs of the returned book shipping to the NUPH address indicated below. In this case, NUPH shall pay no costs.
- Before making the shipping procedures, the client should compare the shipping cost with the price of the book that needs to be returned or replaced.
- The client should provide NUPH via [email protected] with the tracking number of the shipped book that needs to be returned or replaced. NUPH shall take no responsibility for any inconsistencies impeding the book delivery.
- In case the replacement process is admitted, NUPH shall ship the book to the client’s address indicated in his/her personal account on the store. Accordingly, the client will be provided, via his/her personal account on the store, with the shipment’s tracking number. He/she may also be provided with the tracking number via email, phone, or SMS.
- If the client wants to change his/her address set for receiving the replaced book, he/she should update the address from his/her personal account on the store or contact us via [email protected]. However, NUPH shall take no responsibility in case any errors are committed when setting the address and the client should contact the carrier of the replaced or returned product.
